Speaking of the Arts is mid-Missouri’s only in-depth weekly arts show. Each week show host Diana Moxon talks with different arts makers about the theatre, literature, fine arts, film, and music happenings they create, and takes a peek behind the scenes at their inspirations, motivations, history and knowledge of particular plays, books, artworks and compositions.

Diana Moxon

Diana Moxon arrived in Columbia, MO in 2005 as she was driving across America in a convertible and never left. She has been a BBC correspondent, worked with elephants, driven 13,000 miles around the Midwest, lived and worked in 3 continents, ran the Columbia Art League and Art in the Park for 11 years, is a huge fan of the Eurovision Song Contest, and has hosted Speaking of the Arts since April 2018. In 2020 she also created the 6-part radio series, One World Same Boat, which explored people’s response to lockdown around the world.
