The Callaway County Concerned Citizens will host Ed Smith, Policy Director for Missouri Coalition For the Environment, on Monday, March 26 at 5 p.m. at KACO, 600 Commons Drive in Fulton. Smith will talk about MCE’s legal action against the governor’s changes in the Clean Water Commission and other policies that threaten the environment.
